Trim the stems at an angle and place the bouquet in a clean vase with fresh water. Change the water every 2–3 days and keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. If a specific flower, color, or container is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
We always do our best to keep the overall style, color palette, size, and feel of the original design as close as possible. Containers may also be substituted with a similar style when needed.

We offer local flower delivery throughout Manhattan and select areas of New York City. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early in the day, depending on availability and delivery location.
Delivery times are not guaranteed unless arranged in advance. We always do our best to deliver within the requested timeframe. For hospitals, offices, schools, hotels, and apartment buildings, flowers may be left with the front desk, doorman, or receiving area when required.
Please make sure the recipient’s name, address, apartment number, and phone number are correct. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our regular delivery area or for special delivery requests.
