With Designer’s Choice, you choose the color palette and leave the floral selection to our designers. We select from the fresh flowers available in our shop on the day your arrangement is created, combining complementary blooms, textures, and greenery into a unique design.
Every arrangement will be different. Specific flowers, shades, and the overall composition will vary based on daily availability, while remaining true to the warm autumn palette. Product photos serve as inspiration for the style and colors, rather than an exact representation of the arrangement you will receive.

Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. If a specific flower, color, or container is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
We always do our best to keep the overall style, color palette, size, and feel of the original design as close as possible. Containers may also be substituted with a similar style when needed.

We offer local flower delivery throughout Manhattan and select areas of New York City. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early in the day, depending on availability and delivery location.
Delivery times are not guaranteed unless arranged in advance. We always do our best to deliver within the requested timeframe. For hospitals, offices, schools, hotels, and apartment buildings, flowers may be left with the front desk, doorman, or receiving area when required.
Please make sure the recipient’s name, address, apartment number, and phone number are correct. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our regular delivery area or for special delivery requests.
